These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Storebox website, platform, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Storebox provides done-for-you website design, development, hosting, and management services for small businesses and professional service firms. Our services include custom website creation, search engine optimization, ongoing maintenance, content updates, and related digital marketing support.

To use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Our services are offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.

You retain ownership of all content you provide to us (text, images, logos, and other materials). We retain ownership of the Storebox platform, proprietary code, design frameworks, and AI-generated systems. Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the website design we create for your business.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that all content you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights, violate applicable laws, or contain harmful, defamatory, or misleading material.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all hosted websites. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to server maintenance, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storebox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will provide you with an export of your website content and data within 30 days upon request. After 60 days of account termination, we reserve the right to delete all associated data.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
